Refunds and Cancellations

We personally use New Joint every day so we know they help us feel better on a daily basis and we really believe in the science behind their short and long term benefits. 

That being said, if you feel you don’t like the product for ANY reason and you want your money back, just let us know, we’ll refund you with no return necessary.

We would never reuse the product anyway. No risk for you. See, you feel better already!

This does apply only to the most recent order of a subscription. You cannot receive multiple subscription orders over months and then get them all refunded.

However, if you order a 3 or 6 bottle multi-pack, we ask for a return of your unopened bottles beyond one $28.99 refund. We are very fair, but we aren’t Santa Claus.
